Portland Internet of Things startup lands $2.25M

Portland startup Iotas, which is developing a smart home platform aimed at renters, secured $2.25 million and two high-profile local investors.

Oregon Angel Fund and Rogue Venture Partners both participated in the round. This brings Iotas’ total funding to $5.3 million, a figure that includes $1.8 million in government grant money.
